Compliance Director — Bay Area Turning Point; Houston, Texas

We seek an energetic, detail focused team member to join us in ensuring we are meeting our client service goals.  This skilled person will oversee the staff who input service delivery data, ensure internal policies and procedures are in compliance with the agency’s funding contracts, prepare grant reports on service stats and lead the agency in outcomes management.  The successful candidate will have excellent computer skills, a solid understanding of working with data software (we use ALICE), ability to produce products to demonstrate and measure objectives and outcomes, and teach service delivery staff members how to utilize the data collection forms and procedures that support the goals of compliance and outcomes management.  This is a full time position.  Salary DOE.
