The conference reservations code is TAASA. The conference room rates of $85 for cabanas and $175 for condos are available three days before and after the conference. Rooming list or individual reservations not received by Jan. 29, 2010, will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. Check-out time is 11 a.m. and check-in time is 3 p.m.

There is no charge for parking at the Isla Grand Beach Resort.

Transportation
Starting this coming January, visitors to South Padre Island, arriving through Harlingen’s Valley International Airport (VIA), will be able to shuffle off to the Island via the new door-to-door "South Padre Shuttle."

The new service, which will be provided by LogistiCorp, treats South Padre Island visitors like celebrities in modern, air-conditioned vans that take will take them from the door of the VIA’s terminal to the door of their Island hotel or condo. Fares will be just $35 round trip or $20 one-way, and passengers can pre-book reservations.
