Linda is coordinator for the Interpersonal Violence Prevention Collaborative (IVPC), a broad-based group of prevention partners working to end sexual assault, domestic violence and stalking in Texas. Her work focuses on increasing collaboration among a network of individuals, agencies, businesses, nonprofit organizations and other community and state-level organizations working to end interpersonal violence. Prior to this position, Linda worked for 12 years at Hays-Caldwell Women’s Center (HCWC) in San Marcos as the sexual assault and abuse services program director and as a sexual assault advocate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English education from Texas Lutheran University and a Master of Education from Texas State University.
